Bad pinion seal on the rear. Knew it was leaking but parked overnight with the front on a downward slope and so it ran out pretty good.

15 dollar part and 30 minutes of work on Friday night and it'll be fixed while I find some newer coil spring axles.

probably not. im actually thinking ill level and throw 35"s on after i do the swap. my tires are still too new so ill have some time to get some axles and rebuild them

1 good thing about bein deployed. when you find something like this, ya take it over to the maintenance depot and tell em. $h!t's broke, fix it lol

similar perk to being in beaumont 20 minutes for the shop its going to. call him and explain the problem and he can figure it out. said about 1 day to do the axle swap once i get the parts :)

lol yeah, but you gotta pay for it...my last deployment, vehicle maintenance said they wouldn't replace the clutch in our truck till it was totally gone. so me and my buddy went back and told our commander, he looked at us (known we're probably the 2 biggest rednecks on KAF) and tells us "burn that b!t*h up till it won't move then call VM to pick it up and us to pick up you guys"...needless to say we had fun lol
