Got my truck cleaned up today. A bunch of us are meeting up for a truck show in Columbus, Indiana this weekend, so I figured I'd make her look nice for the occasion.
I also took off my nerf bars as well, I think it looks much better

Looking good!! I had to clay bar my truck a few weeks ago...man it sucks on a 4 door long bed!
Your truck would look sooo sick with some moto metal 961's - black with the red inserts!

I've already picked out the rims I'm gettin as soon as I can afford them. I am staying kinda conservative on them, but still gonna look BA.

I felt like gumby after spending a saturday and sunday polishing it! My arms were so dead.
But my truck gets so much rail dust in it from the road brine over winter its gotta be done every spring! Then its buffed and waxed in the fall to help save some of the damage!

Truck looks great man! Red is one of my favorite colors..
Question, washed my truck the other day and noticed the paint felt kinda rough. thinking it got some over spray from some sort of paint. How, I dont know...You can't see it, but you can feel it. Any suggestions on how to take it off? Or its better if I took it to a body shop?

Try the clay bar man...that tends to take all the impuritys out of your paint. Its A LOT of work...but def worth the time.
There are some how to videos on youtube if you've never done it before.

You'll be amazed at all the crap you will get off!
I use mequires quick detail spray, spray an area, clay bar it good, spray again, wipe with terry towel. Just keep the area wet all the time your clay barring it!
