Like a couple time a month I am at GCVW of 32-34,000lbs moving a friends skytrax on a 35' dual tandem, Its typically never more than 15 to 20 miles and never over 50mph.
My daily trailer is about 8500lbs, and twice a week I tow around 15,000lbs. I average 30,000 miles a year towing those two trailers, so i figure I should just stick with 155/30's or maybe 50%'s?

yea the guy thats got my spare heads right now for flux and machining is doing 155/30's since he tows all the time. it sounds like you have a good setup but id skip the airdog. stop pump will be good for the 155's and if not id go with the aeromotive a1000

Cummins conversions run about 20K EEEK haha. wouldnt mind one but still not now.

EGR Delete $200
ARP's $450
Gaskets $250
Coolant Flush to ELC and Coolant Filter - $300ish

thats doing all the work yourself but yea they have a list now of what you need and what you need to watch for

maintenance is KEY. theres a good thread on the org about how many 6.0s are still running around on TTY bolts and running tunes.

And no engine sounds better then a straight piped 6.0!!!! IMO that is.

The main issues were there was no service manual when the first 03/04 truck rolled in with egr etc related issues. BUT the 6.0 is ALOT easier to make power with. over 400hp with a tune and egr delete
Love the whistle and then the romp at WOT

Glad they passed for ya, I had a set off an engine I bought for cores, I was hoping to do the same thing...get them checked, and ready so I didnt have down time when I do mine....but they were both cracked! So now its back to down time and just have to have mine checked when I take them off!
