yea man its a v10 , its nickname westtnfx4 gave it is "Big Guzzler" :peace:

i had a 2000 f150 ext cab stepside with a 5.4 before this truck and it got the same mileage as this v10 if not a little less ...... im gettin 260 miles to a tank of 92 octane with a 24 gallon tank :waytogo:

Thats not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. My f150s got great fuel mileage, 800 kms to 100 litres on the highway. they were 07,08 and 09 tho, I miss the fuel mileage with the 3/4 ton but love the fact it lasts more than 100,000 kms without breaking shit!

That's what made me turn to Chevy for my latest truck, can't trust ford until they get another proven engine in their diesel offering
