Need 5-6" Lift for 2005 Front ONLY

After changing up the suspension a few times, adding a bumper & winch I'm not happy with how the truck sits. I would like to replace my pitman arm, control arms, & coils to raise the front of the truck some.

As of now I have:
3" TGC Spacers
Bilstien 5100's
TGC Control Arms for up to 3" lift

I would be willing to trade plus cash/or outright just buy for:
Drop pitman Arm for 5-6" Lift
5-6" Coils
Control Arms for 5-6"
Shocks

Any help or advice would be appreciated. I just want to get the nose back up some, I already have a Carli Adjustable track bar, So i should be good there. Thanks

nice, well depending on what you got, the turbo could lift the front lol
