What's up ya'll?

Names Scott, I am on quite a few of the other forums and was told to come check this one out, so here I am.

I actually have 2 HD trucks (sorta), one my pride and joy, an 07 Cummins 5.9 and the other a 84/6 Chevy K20 I am putting together from the ground up with a buddy.

I have always been a Dodge guy, but lately have grown up and have come to appreciate the competition much more, but I don't think I will ever stray without having my straight 6.

My current mods are in my sig, but the future plans are ENDLESS including some serious power upgrades and a lift, but all that is sorta on hold because my transmission isn't playing nice as of late and I am having to save up for a build. Enough of the book, here's some pics

When I first bought it

My other truck was bought as a rusted out 86 Chevy K20 with a beat up frankenstein 350. We have torn it totally down and plan to completly rebuild with a 383 and an 84 body we just recently picked up sitting on 35s

A couple of the guys enjoy making fun of me because I take way to many pictures, but hey, it all makes the story easier, and if you disagree, shove it!

Thanks guys, I will be starting up a build thread for ya on the Chevy here in the next couple days.
We are currently trying to figure out an issue with the new cab. It came off an 84 C10 (2WD 1/2 Ton) that had a manual transmission. Our issue is our truck is going to be 4WD with an Automatic, so none of the holes in the center of the floor pan match. What I was thinking about doing is cutting out the section of the floor pan we need off the 86 4WD cab we have and putting it into the C10 cab so that we do not have to try to cut our own holes and end up screwing up the floorpan on the solid cab.

Thanks, I appreciate it! I wasn't a fan of the hood either because everyone had it, but I got it real cheap, and needed a hood. So I decided to do something different and unique and love how it turned out

Or you can just rivit sheet metal down...then cut the whole your want. Then cover it all with carpet...easy!

That is very true, it would sorta be the same as cutting and pasting the other one in. IDK, we hafta think about it and see what is easier. Gotta talk to Kip about it still. He has no idea what I plan to do to the perfectly good cab, lol
