Dont have a fullsize spare. just stock size. my truck didnt come with the lock for the sparetire release so I havent messed with getting a new one or cutting it out yet.

no, it has a little socket/key dealy you put on the end of the cranky deal when you shove it in the hole.

The spare on mine is dead weight. 245/70/17 on a steel rim when I'm riding on 33x12.50x17's on factory aluminum hoops. I don't think it would ride very good if I had to use it...

you could get a tire gate, or make your own tire gate if you or someone you know can weld. it's not that hard, pretty basic design. just need some heavy hinges and measure plenty

donuts don't either but it will still get ya further than the flat and ya can still kep your trailor on with it, as long as ya go slow of course

Dont carry a matching size spare...well not on my 06 anyways. My 02 still has stock size tires so I still have the factory spare tucked up under.

I've never needed one either. 90% of the time my trucks on the road, truck number 1 is within half an hour of me. I'm truck number 2 ha ha. Plus we have roadside on our insurance so just a quick phone call and I'll get taken are of. I'd keep a full size spare if I went up in the woods all the time though.
