Well, not real sure! I have 135k on my 02 and all I have had to do is 2 crankshaft sensors. I did however notice the last oil change I am devolping a good rear seal leak and my oil pan in really rusting away.

I would say, keep an extra sensor in the glovebox. Might wanna start saving for injectors as they may be getting ready to need replacing. If its starting good, idling good and running ok I would say just keep saving for injectors.

Hope so. I hear they go anywhere from 80-120k on the norm, and up to 300 in a special case.

Yea just put money aside for injectors, gp's, and uvc harness is all I can say. Yea tranny is really the only weak point on the early superduties. I dont think my tranny has been touched, atleast that I know of from what records I have from Ford. 200k is nothin for a 7.3. Lots with well over 300k. Powerstroke helps ole 7.3 had over 700k on it when it finally blew a rod and they used that thing as a tester for all their go fast goodies. Maintenance is key on any truck. Mine has over 275k and still runs great.

Drive it. Change the oil. I had a 99 with 472,000 miles when it was sold. True story.
